Another pretty good day. Felt a bit hungry during the day, but I am assuming that is to be expected to some extent. I wasn't starved, just a bit hungry.
Once again I ate light throughout the day and had a nice sized dinner. This just seems to work well for me. Don't know if it's optimal or not, but it works.
Tomorrow might be a bit of an off day. I have a business lunch that I can't get out of and the restaurant isn't a chain, so their nutritional information will not be available. Not sure how this is going to turn out. I know one thing for sure, I will eat a light breakfast and light dinner and make lunch my big meal.

Looking forward to weighing in this weekend.

Fell of the calorie counting wagon. The day was just kind of chaotic. I've picked it back up again today. And, even though I didn't track calories yesterday, i didn't go crazy. I actually may not have ate enough.
