Default Getting it

All right all right all right. I've been doing fullbody since my cut ended (august). This is my second year ( 1st year full of newbie mistakes). Now my diet is better, improving, sleep is at 6-6 1/2 hrs. All feed back is appreciated! As soon as I get a dip belt I will not longer superset dips and pushups. I'm having an issue attaching my log so ima have to type it.



I'm 5'9 ,182 lbs around 15% bf. I'm gaining and average of 1lb a week.

I wanted to cry after squats then deadlifts. Tough workout but now a few hours have past I feel GREAT! I could've probably pushed for 2 reps on my last deadlift set but I pussd out. Now gonna eat and watch 49ers win in GB.

Well I think I'm gonna move deadlifts to my 20 squat day and rack pulls to heavy squat day. Just too much. I love deadlifting and I feel as if it is suffering. Anyone see any tweaks I should make or any criticism? I'm going for a powerbuilding style routine. This is the layout of the 4 day upper lower split off this site with a few adjustments. Also I'm trying to upload photos but I can't from my phone but once I get a computer ill upload progress from this year and last year's experiment.
