After going back and looking over the last few months of training, nothings really increased. The amount of sets I can squat/row for work sets has improved, but that's about it. When I get around 240 for 5x5 for squats I've been pretty stuck their. It's time to squat for 3x5 and and maybe 3x5 for Standing Press since that's been stuck for too long. Bench has gotten worse as I started doing 5x5 3x/week for it, so it's time to back off of it. For Deadlifts, i've been too cautious about form and need to push it more. I think these adjustments would be just what's needed.
