Ya youll be doing well hitting 180kg by the end of the year.
Aiming to hit 250kg by the end of the year belt-less and strapless.
Well both have some sore hamies and lower backs come January!!!

Thanks man! It's been great. I mean I could have done a lot better especially the last few months since I haven't eaten enough but I'm just happy I could finally started. I'll keep up with you as well.

Just a question, when you write 325 x 3 x 2 does that mean two sets of three reps or one set of three and one set of two?

325lb x 3reps x 2sets. I prefer typing it that way and it's the same with all the rest of the exercises (5x1 is a set of 5).
