I really want to reach 3 plates before dropping some volume (3 sets of 5) but I'll see how it goes the next couple months. As for what I'm doing right now, I had to reset most weights to work on form since they started to breakdown and feel pretty heavy. This week has really been off since I started a new job with random hours and my knee and hip aren't feeling great. I bombed todays work out and am glad I have two days off from (I train W,F,SU) to rest. So, hope next week things get back to normal.

Might go lighter on squats this week or do hack squats instead to get a slight break and since I finally ordered nike romaleos and the squat will be a little different in those. Not sure how that would effect training, but I'll see what happens next week.

Been thinking I need to drop the weights for bench on my next cycle aswell.
Changed it up for squats a while back and it really paid off!
