Cardio Day 16: 5th Feb 2014

30 minutes on the stationary bike

Work life's been hectic last few days, and will stay the same way for another week or so. Net result - had 2 hours of sleep last night. I was supposed to address a student club on campus and talk about my research this evening - so no taekwondo due to the timing conflict.

Rather, a shorter, 30 min session had to do. Completely beat after a long day. Its time I got some sleep.

Changed things a bit today and went light with higher reps. Putting in a full night's work, followed by a 4 hour drive starting at 5am. Will be back on Saturday and lift on Sunday.

I don't think this was a light session Pratik. When combined with no. of reps it will drain anybody. By the way getting strong on DLs ... Keep smashing the wts. brother ...
