Shoulders were tired but not sore from yesterday's 250 upright rows. Got in a decent session of benching. Nothing spectacular. Got my reps in.

112kg 1x5 = 20
130kg 5x1 = 40
115kg 5x5 = 100

= 175

Press
54kg 1x5 = 5
63kg 1x5 = 10
72kg 1x5 = 20
81kg 2x1 = 16

Today's Total = 306
