There was an unexpected interruption between the upper and lower lifts today as I had to swing back to work for a little while. The lifts felt lighter than they have lately which was a good feeling for a change.

Thanks for the ongoing encouragement.

Conditioning

KB Snatch 5x26x(1,2,3)/s
Chin Ups 5x(1,2,3)

KB Swing 10x53x15

TGU 5x26x1/s

The forearms are feeling the increasing KB volume. I'll be going up a step on the snatch ladders soon now that I'm up to 5 sets.

I tweaked something in my left arm, near where the bicep inserts in front of the elbow. So I nixed the chin ups today. Pulling with my arm straight didn't seem to aggravate it. I hope it settles down.

I did this a day earlier than planned and I was a little rushed for time today because it is school vacation week and I'm leaving later today to take my daughter skiing for a few days. I ditched the KB stuff yesterday as I think the down swing on the snatches and cleans is what tweaked my arm. I can still feel something there but I think it is getting better. A few days off will help even more.

Back from skiing and my legs are jello, so I just greased the squat groove without pushing the weights or reps. Inclines felt good so I did a joker set of sorts. Rows are still making my left arm feel wonky but now more in the forearm. Weird.
