Thanks guys! Not riding off into the sunset any time soon.

KB Swing 44lb (20kg)x122

TGU 5x26x1/s

One big set for the swing challenge. These were MUCH tougher than the 16kg challenge.

I felt nervous about the squat today. I have no idea why. It wasn't anywhere near PR weight. Once I got under the bar it went fine, but I didn't push the reps. I'm getting mental, I guess.

15 solid reps is enough to get work done.

some days are better than others!

All right - FINALLY got that 8th rep @100. Next time will go to 105 on the top set. Progress is progress. I didn't have time for the entire full body session. Just did 10 minutes of conditioning and will do my DLs tomorrow.

KB Swings 6x53x20

TGU 3x26x1/s

Felt pretty good today. I have to say, that I enjoyed splitting up upper and lower these last couple of days. I understand the benefits of a full body session, but I think I just do better focusing on one big lift a day. I went up to 20 reps on the swings, but was pooped after 6 sets rather than my usual 10. One more session Thursday, then out of town for a week -- another skiing deload.

Finally got my 8th rep on bench as well. Felt good enough for a "joker" set, then some back offs. A very good day. I had planned to Front Squat as well but after riding the wave of good bench sets, I ran short on time. Not sure how I will get back into the swing of things after a ski week off but not going to sweat about it.

nice string of workouts after the off day...congrats on the added reps

i have recently switched from full body to upper/lower and like it as well. it all depends on the rest of my schedule and how many days I can guarantee in the gym each week.
