I did 50 minutes total yesterday. 25 on the elliptical then another 25 on the treadmill.

I'm just going to update weekly. 30 minutes of Wii Boxing today though to kick things off. Not easy throwing punches with a bum shoulder so I just did a Wladimir Klitschko and jabbed like hell

Been walking for at least 3 hours the last couple of days with heavy rucksacks and luggage so I hope they count as cardio.
If so then 180 minutes walking + 10 minutes on the treadmill after workout.
