Default Cutting and getting stronger.

Im finding this is what is happening for me.

If you have yet to get close to your strength potential, and you don't jump into a -1000 calorie below maintenance level cut, you should be able to add strength.

Most guys decide to go on a cut and jump from 3400 cals per day to 2400, or whatever. Then they wonder why they are losing strength.

Last time I did it I cut by about 1000 calories and now It's only 200-300 a day, so I'm losing slowly!

I didn't think it'd be possible but I appear to be getting A LOT stronger and also a bit bigger? Surely getting bigger isn't possible in a caloric deficit? Either way, I'm enjoying it!!

THanks for the response BTB! Appreciate it I am enjoying shredding down a little bit getting stronger, it's brilliant!
