1) 550 deadlift
2) 450 squat
3) 275 bench
4) Look like a badass bruiser at 180 pounds

Other stuff
5) Keep my GPA where it's at

My 2014 goals are

250kg Squat
180kg Bench
250kg Deadlift
100kg military Press

I'm also going to make 2014 the year of the Big Back and the Big Back Squat.

I'm also going to adopted another Puppy ,

Goals for 2014.

Go to first powerlifting meet 3/22/14.

Total>1200 at said meet.

Squat 450 at meet. Squat 495 by Jan.1 2015

Keep plugging away on bench press. Work towards my goal of 315.
250@ meet
too conservative, make it 270.

Deadlift
585 by Jan.1 2015
511 @meet.

Set eyes on second meet.
Continue to encourage my wife to lift and get sexier.

900 total at my next meet in April...a full 200 lbs more than last April!

Squat = 325
Bench = 210
Dead = 353
Total = 888

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. 1. Return to school. Had to put this semester on hold due to a job offer that was too good to turn down.

2. Hit a 1200lb total in my first powerlifting meet in march.

3. Lose 40lbs between March and December.

4. It is very cliche', but I try to end every year a better man than when I started it.

5. Find a way to work a little less. Probably not likely, though. It gets harder each year to support a family, so I may not reach this one.
