Default PANDA recipe (bio, healthy & tasty)

Sup sup !!

I feel like sharing my delicious recipe!

Everything is Biological. No chemicals. Good for you. Good for the environement. and taste like heaven...

Let's start with:

Natural & delicous home made NUTELLA

You will need (for two cup):

1 cup(155g) Hazelnut
1/2 cup of ALMOND MILK (COW MILK IS BAD FOR YOU OKAY!?)
1 tableSpoon of Stevia (natural/ no calory sugar)
2 big TableSpoon of Maple Syrup (...so good.... I am a Canadian... )
150 g Black chocolate ( I take 70% but It depend on your taste)

How to do it(pretty simple) :

1-Preheat oven to 350F .
-Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet , bake 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes.
2- Remove the thin brown skin that covers the nuts using a cloth or rubbing hands. It is normal to have a little bit .
-In blender put the hazelnut. Mix for 3 minutes(creamy texture) . Mix less time for a crisper texture.
3- In a microwave oven, melt the chocolate and incorporate the hazelnut mixture . Mix well with the robot .
-In a saucepan, heat the milk, sugar and maple syrup ( until the sugar is dissolved ) and stir into nut mixture gradually, with the machine running . -Note that the Nutella will strengthen cooling .
Feel free to add sugar or maple syrup for a sweeter taste. Allow to cool and then enjoy .

Freaking good

If that post interest people I will post more recipe (all bio, all good stuff for you no chemicals)

No, not okay. Also, wrong.

But carry on; it matters not. I hope someone finds your recipe useful.

Do you know how cow milk is process ? I dont care about what it does in your body. The milk that you take at the farm is really good. The industrial one is horrible.

Just ribbin' ya.

And actually, I prefer buying milk from a farm not all that far away, as it happens.

Hehe, that's good !! But seriously the things they do when processing milk is horrible ! o.O
That's why I take my protein shake from grass-fed cow. I've found that it's the only thing I can digest. The other protein supp make me sick

If you are interest I can explain how it's process. Not gonna write it down if it doesn't interest of course !
