Default Recomp for MetalMan

Alright guys on the advice of some of the great people here on MAB I have decided to start a Recomp. I would like to just keep myself feeling good, and starting trading my fat for muscle. I am by no means a nutrition expert so I am going to do the best I can. Anyone who can give me any advice or help would be great. Going to post some pictures, and attempt to get some macros figured out.

Be glad to help. Let us know your height, weight, age, etc.

You ever run a bulk or cut before? If so what calories were you eating, and how did it go?

I'm 22 6' 1" and about 278. I've run a cut before I started training to be a powerlifter. I was at about 2200 calories a day and was in ketosis with no carb refeeds. I felt good on it, but very angry all the time and kind of volatile. I have an Meso-Endo body style and very heavy bone structure. Guys my weight look twice my size. I really just would like to shed some weight. A lot better for me to squat 300 at 240 then 300 at 278.
