Hello all!

Heard a little bit about this place and the training logs seem to be pretty good, so thought I'd join and start one of my own. The atmosphere of this forum appears to be more professional than others which I like.

Don't wanna write a novel so I'll just list some quick tidbits.

I do powerlifting and play ice hockey.

I'm only about 5'4 and weigh around 145-147. I stay at a lighter weight because of hockey. I slow down if I get too bulky.

I plan on doing a meet January 11th. Last time I did one was November 2012, due to several issues earlier this year. I just decided to do it recently so will have to cut my current cycle short and do a rushed peaking cycle I guess.

I'm a big Jim Wendler fan, and am currently doing a little routine out of Beyond 5/3/1 called '75/85 Volume Work'. So if you wanna see me attempt to use it for peaking this next month, check out my log. Should start it Monday.

That'll do pig.

Oh...and I guess my first post counts as 31?! Lol
