Tonight's workout: Tue is normally max effort deadlifts, but been having a sharp pain in my right (good) bicep for a couple days, so I changed plans

Speed squats: 10 sets x 2 with 385 and 150 lb band tension
(This is the first time speed squatting in briefs in about 8 months)

Sumo pulls, in briefs, off 2 mats(1.5in) 435 x1 for 4 sets, Used hook grip to keep pressure off bicep

More sumo pulls without briefs , 245 x 3 for 2 sets, 295 x 2 for 2 sets

Glute ham raise, 4 sets of 12

Speed squats kinda sucked since it has been a while doing them in gear. I didn't get any videos tonight but should have some bench vids on Thur and will sure have some max effort squats vids on my youtube page. Not sure how many posts I have to have to post vids on here but as soon as I reach the limit I will post them here as well. Thanks everyone for welcoming me here

ME Bench 12/12/13- Reverse band bench ~125 off chest

Warm ups- 225 x5, 315 x 5, 405 x 2, 455 x 1

working set 555 x 1, 585 x 1, 615 x 1, 635 x 1, 635 x 1

dips-3 sets x body weight x 12

tricep ext- 95 x12, 105 x 12, 105 x 12

empty bar curls(45lbs) 4 x 25

Squats from today, Sat 12/14
I got a new suit and started to break it in. I done some alterations to it but it is still a little big, Needs an inch or so more taken in through the hips

Bulldog bar squat- done worm up sets with briefs only to 650

Working sets- 715 x1, 765 x 1, added reverse green band- 810 x1, 850 x 1 w/wraps,
900 x 1 w/wraps

glute ham -3 sets x 12

back ext with 25lb med ball- 3 sets x 15

hanging leg raises- 3 sets 20

decline sit ups- 3 sets 10

Squat felt off today but adding a new suit makes that happen I guess. Will add more weight once I get my briefs and suit tightened up. Here is link to squat video:

you looked more comfortable in the poly than in your canvas with straps up. Should be good once its all fitting right

Yeah it felt good. I didn't feel as strong today as I have the last couple Sat, but there's always next Sat
