I know I don't post enough here and I don't know why I'm posting this but I came home again and ate what most would call a dinner. I am never "hungry" but I just have to eat. I hate it.

I've lost weight before but I just can't figure out why I can't control what goes in my mouth.

I would like to think that it's just a fluke but a fluke doesn't happen regularly.

Monday 1/20/14

Squat - 225x2, 275x2, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 425x1, 455x1 - HUGE PR. Not sure why I decided to go heavy it just all was feeling good so I'm going more by feeling. Not a max attempt at all.

Bench - 155x3, 185x3, 205x3, 245x3 - Felt OK, shoulder tweaked a little I know what it is (talking in the 1/26 knowledge now)

Lat Pull Downs - 10x12 for 3 sets. Low rest.

Thursday 1/23/14

Block Pulls - 455x3, 495x2, 545x1, 605x1, 605x1. - I've done a really high rack pull a long long time ago that was more like a hitch and slide up. I felt like I was dying. Today the two singles felt good, the second one I definitely felt. My life long goal is to pull 605 and this year I'm going to pull it.



Seated Overhead Press - 125, 145, 165x3 - Was fatigued from block pulls but I squeaked this out. I don't remember my max overhead press for reps but I'm wanting to say I've done 185 one or twice. My goal is to 225. Mind you, when I do overhead presses I go completely all the way down until I can't get my arms to go down any further, pause like I would a competition bench press, then press.

Lat Pull Downs - 11x8 for 3 Sets. Used the close grip attachment like you would on seated rows. They felt good, I just started gassing out towards the end.

Overall a great workout, I'm glad that BTB and all of you guys support me so much.

Sunday 1/26/14

May all of your days be full of PRs.

Squats - 225x2, 225x2, 275x2, 315x2, 365x1, 405x1, 460x1. - PR. 455 was my max before, this 460 felt like a 425 normally does. Very happy and I see 500 coming in the next couple months.

Competition Bench - 135, 225, 265, 295x1. GYM PR All paused with press command. I do need to practice the rack command, a lot of times I'm so excited I just rack it in one motion. Almost red lighted for it at my first meet. Max I've done in the gym was 285 for a double and 303 at meet.

Barbell Rows - 225x3, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3 - Huge lifetime PR. Ever since I struggled with 135lb bb rows I knew I wanted 225, once I got those I wanted 315. I could have done this by at least 5 or 8. A little english in the body but I was on fire especially after two other PRs.
