Default MD96 Dpol/Condense log

Got the opportunity to try out the Puru's Labs pre workouts. I am just starting a modfied russian squat cycle so I am hoping these products give me a little extra boost with the high volume. Took my first dose this morning and I felt good during the workout but not crazy amped up. Just felt ready to train and I was able to go through all 6 sets rather quickly.

One scoop of Condense and another good session. Decided to just deadlift today. I havent done a real deadlift session in a long time and everything felt pretty good.

Thank you. Heaviest I have been able to go in some time.

One scoop again today and another good one. Anyone who is looking for a preworkout that gives you great energy and focus with no crash needs to use this. I am not sensitive to caffeine at all (drink 5 cups of coffee a day for years) and this stuff gives me a good boost.
