Monday 9th December

After two days of with food poisoning, back to the gym. I lost about a kilo over the weekend through not being able to eat. That sucked so much.

So today...

Pin press
2 x 10 x bar
10 x 30
5 x 35
5 x 37.5
5 x 40
5 x 42.5
5 x 45

Ohp
5 x 6 x 20

Tricep Pushdown
2 x 10 x 6 (I don't know the actual weight, it's just setting no.6)
2 x 10 x 7

Side raise superset front raise
4kg each hand. 10 reps each. Four times.

Tricep extension
3 x 10 x 8kg

Stretch.

Way to get back into it after being sick. Food poisoning is the worst so glad it only took you a couple days to recover!

Tuesday 10th December

Oh my goodness! How is it already the 10th?!

Squats
2 x 8 bar
1 x 4 x 40kg
1 x 4 x 50kg
1 x 6 x 52.5kg
3 x 6 x 55kg

Leg extension
4 x 20 x 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5kg

Leg press
4 x 10 x 65kg
Calf extension
4 x 10 x 65kg

Leg raise
4 x 10

Stretch! I felt really stiff today so extra squat stretch helped.

Weighed in at 61kg this morning so it would seem food poisoning hit me a little harder than I thought.

Thanks! I'm still feeling the last bits but I'd go stir crazy at home for any longer!

I should probably also mention, I'm going to do a comp thingy this weekend. It involves; yoke walk, farmer's carry, tyre flips and Swiss bar press. It seemed like a good idea at the time, now I'm getting nervous! Having never done yoke or Swiss bar. I think I get rewarded with beer and pizza though.

Good squats! And I'm jealous of the strongman/beer and pizza!

Thursday 12th December

Deadlifts
8 x 50kg
6 x 60kg
5 x 65kg
5 x 70kg
5 x 75kg
4 x 80kg

Something weird happened and I tried to straight leg Deadlift all but the first rep of 80kg. Not sure what my brain is telling my body to do.

Since I was short on time, I just did weighted Hyperextensions
4 x 10 x 5kg

Then I had an appointment to get my body composition tested. On the plus side, my body fat is at 19.2%. On the negative side, I sleeker weighed in at over 64kg. I'm blaming clothes and gym related water image for that.

You have any video of the set? Maybe your head was a little forward caused by some other issue. Are you sumo?
