This is almost the end of the first week of my cut for a meet. I haven't weighed myself since my epic food holiday but I'm definitely above 63kg and I'm really not ready to play with the big girls in the 72kg class.

Today I umpired one game of netball and played another.

It was hailing for at least ten minutes of the game. Training for another thirty. I wanted to do some back and shoulder stuff at the gym but I can't stop shivering so I won't be doing that.
