Wow! That's gotta suck for those people who can't lift that much. I guess they'd just use dumbbells.

Thursday 27th February

Squats
5 x 10 x 45kg (last rep on each, paused)

Leg press
4 x 10 x 90kg

Dumbbell shoulder press
4 x 8 x 7kg

Dumbbell Tricep extension
4 x 8 x 7kg

Still trying to play a bit of catch up for everything I missed Monday and Tuesday. I am not going to worry about the run and just do some ab work at home, tonight.

My wife uses an ez curl bar to ohp. Much lighter.

Totally didn't get to the ab work. I did just catch myself sleep eating, pizza. So of course I rectified the situation and heated it up to eat the rest.

I'd definitely say my current diet of "whatever the hell I want", is going quite well.
