Benchpress
10 x 20kg
4 x 10 x 30kg (no arch no pause)
7 x 30kg (arched and paused)

Dumbbell shoulder press
4 x 10 x 8kg

Tricep extension
4 x 10 x 7kg

Treadmill
One minute intervals of 6km/h and 13km/h up to 1.3km. Took 11 mins including cool down

Sit-ups
4 x 20

Stretched

Thursday 20th February

Deadlifts
5 x 50kg
4 x 10 x 60kg
Two sets double oh, last two sets were mixed grip but I changed it for each set. It feels weird to pull with the opposite grip to normal.

Good mornings
10 x 20kg
3 x 10 x 30kg

Seated row
10 x 25, 27.5, 30, 30

Treadmill
1 minute sprints. Alternating between 6km/hr and 13km/hr
1.5km

Well rounded training. I think you should keep training with all three grips, just to be well rounded.

On the couple of occasions I've given the mixed grip a trial run (not sure if I like it as yet, may get used to it) I notice that I was significantly weaker underhand with the left hand (I think it's the left, so far back I can't remember), that may not be the case now, of course.

Interesting! I didn't feel weaker, but then again they weren't really heavy. It did feel weird and I noticed the twist I was reading about in another thread.

I usually do dominant under. Well, I usually do double overhand until around 75-80% and then dominant under.

I actually do dominant over, when I put it under I struggle with the weak hand holding the weight.

Definitely keep working all the grips it will only improve your grip strength which will help in the long run.
