Squats

4 x 45kg
3 x 55kg
1 x 65kg
1 x 72.5kg
3 x 2 x 77.5kg

HELL YES! Redeemed myself from the shambles that was Thursday!

4 x 60kg with a slight pause

Bench press
10 x 20kg
5 x 30kg
2 x 40kg
3 x 2 x 42.5kg
1 x 42.5 kg paused

Again, hell yes! Bench has been driving me nuts! I tried a slightly different set up technique and I think it's helping. Could possibly have done more but I'll save it for Tuesday.

All in all, a bloody awesome session! Huge squat Pr as I've never even squatted that much for one rep, let alone six.

Also, because I'm vain...



Sunsets are such great, muscle highlighting times.
