Yeah! I'll probably just do my usual thing and not have a spotter. I do think spotting for bodybuiding or general gymming is different to powerlifting. I should have asked him not to touch it unless I said but oh well. Live and learn

Leg curl
3 x 10 x 35kg

75kg is my max and about 2kg more than I really needed to do today but I wanted to see if I could. Max for three? I'll take that for sure!!

Tried to do a headstand and quickly realised I need a lot more practice before I attempt on a concrete base floor.
