2/9/2014 Bench 3 weeks out

335x3x2 all reps paused. Really good day. Last two sets were solid.

I've got skwats tomorrow and am hoping to get my 625 for all three sets.

Tory Pelzer was back in tonight to get his last bit of bench work in before the Arnold Classic. It is really neat to be part of two guys' journeys there between him and JB. Hopefully ull be showing up with them before too long

2-10 squat deload

Didn't feel like going heavy so I just got some rep work in with my boy Tyler.
505x5x5
Front squat to a box: 225x5, 275x3
Front squat free: 225x5

I'll definitely be adding these on my next training cycle.

18 minutes at average 2.7 mph on highest incline for the dreadmill. Did some PNF stretching for the hamstrings afterwards and I felt really good. Gonna become a weekly thing.

Feeling strong for three weeks out. Just taking care of myself at this point.
