1/27/14 DEATHLIFTS

495x2
515x0 (not the prescribed weighy , but I wanted to give it a shot)
405x3x3 belt for last set. Moved really fast.
Power shrugs: 365x3x5
Stiff leg deadlifts: 335x3x5
Pendlay Rows: 275x3x5
Underhand lat pull downs on hammer strength is machine:
2PPS x 3x5
Pullthroughs: 80x3x5

Did the Hammer Strength machine to change things up and the pullthroughs because I'm damn tired of good mornings.

Good night tonight. Orsson hit some good numbers on bench tonight. Gonna go smash some skwats on Thursday.

I know a lot of y'all live where it is snowy all the time, but I had to drive almost two hours to get home from work due to the snow. I called in to my other job because the roads are so bad. We just don't have The infrastructure (no salt trucks or plows), we are pretty stuck here. Hopefully we can get out of the house at some point tomorrow.

This morning I got a call from my internship supervisor saying they were closing all tax prep locations. I tried checking the roads to get to the restaurant and I couldn't even get to the main highway due to ice. Besides that, anything that melted today will be ice by the time I get off tonight. I wouldn't be getting home. Another day hanging out with mom and sister watching Netflix.

Trained with Orsson today and had him show me how to do kettle bell swings and cleans as he has been into the KBs for the seven years I've known him.
