Default Periworkout log

People know i am big fan of John Meadows work. Recently talked to him about peri workout nutrition. The idea is adjust your pre, intra and post nutrition to maximize recovery. John is big on Biotest Plazma. That stuff is hella pricey but it breaks down into carbs from cyclic dextrin and proteins from di and tri peptides. The idea is these are fast digesting aiding in endurance and recovery. Once you found an optimal protocol you can increase frequency and volume. Also let me specify that John says whether your natural or enhanced this can be a big game changer for either trainee.
To start this is what i plan to do
Pre
2 scoops whey 2 cups organic milk a scoop of nut butter
1 cups of oats
Intra
50grams carbs via gatorade and 25g of BCAA's
Post
6 oz beef
2 cups rice

The idea is push training harder and harder until recovery starts to wane and change intra to
20grams of hydosolate casien and 70grams Branched cyclic dextrin.

Ill post in this log workout and how the recovery is going
