Ha ha ha. Nah! Wednesday is last run day for me over here. Thursday should be easy day and Friday is graduation and return to home. I am going to do upper body assistance exercise on Wednesday, assistance lower body on Thursday, travel Friday and Saturday and back to the MetalMilitia compound on Sunday. Can't wait!

Yeap. Can handle leg press all day but freaking leg curls make me shake...Glad that finish with not too heavy weights or crazy stuff. By the way...Today run here at Fort Rucker was COLDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!
