Default Dl and squat form check..http://youtu.be/o82lEzVNVq8..http://youtu.be/Kb2VCihHs18

Posted a deadlift check a few days ago and am posting one from a different angle and also a squat video as well....the URLs are in the title. If I could get those fixed again that would be great! seems my first rep on my deadlift is always a little iffy then everything looks and feels alot better after it..maybe someone can point out what it is with my starting position that makes this happen.

Constructive criticism: post the links in the body of the post. You'll get more feedback

That said squat looked good for a high bar squat. Can't tell but your feet look awfully close together

Deadlift looked eeasy enough. You're pulling straight up and down though. Pull back through your heels

Haha, well it will not let me post any URLs in the subject until I have a certain amount of posts here. Thanks for the checking the clips though. I am squatting with a pretty narrow stance..any negatives to this? Stance is right about width apart.

Shoulder width is fine. I couldn't tell and it actually looked closer.
