I don't mind eating plain food so I'll often eat broccoli, spinach and/or chicken plain as I cruise around the Internet mindlessly...it's plain, but super low calories and an really easy way to hit your protein and fiber numbers for the day

Honestly, if you have diet questions I'd post a thread on here. There are lots of opinions regarding diets. Also, I'm not the best at getting on here every day.

But, to answer your question, I try to hit 165+g of protein per day and somewhere between 30-40g of fiber per day. Somedays I'll exceed those numbers and some days I'll be under though.

Great guys keep'em coming. Henry mentioned he has a certain number of protein and fiber he tries to meet. Does anyone else do this? If so how did you cum up with that number? Can anyone help me figure out what I need to do to figure out what my number would be.

A good ranch and salsa is also good.

One of my standards... Buffalo Tuna. 1 can of tuna, buffalo sauce and blue cheese or ranch dressing, mix, eat!

Slice of a good moz or provolone, fresh basil leaf and a slice of prosciutto or thin sliced ham.

Spicy Omelet:

5 eggs, 1 can of chunk chicken, 2 or 3 slices of pepper jack cheese, + favorite hot sauce (optional).

And if you suck at making omelets just scramble the eggs & chicken together, put it on a plate, slap the cheese and hot sauce on it and you're good to go.

The Key to both pancakes and omelets. Don't turn too early. For the omelet, let cook until the eggs set, meaning no juicy liquid, then flip and cook for about 30 seconds more and you should be able to fold it right out of the pan.

Get some wasabi packets from the grocer as most put them out for their sushi. Mix that with sour cream and put on anything. AWESOME
