Thanks everyone!

Taking this week off! Planned on maybe trying some lighter Leg Curls, Extensions and lighter Leg Press, but knees have been hurting. Not sure if it's the Bodyweight squats I've been doing daily, or what it is? Also did something to my shoulder either lifting Friday or sleeping, maybe both? But Saturday I could barley move my arm without it hurting, today it's much better. Hoping this time off helps but not holding my breath!
