Exclamation Hunterace's Inconsistent Training with Hotties

New log time!!!!!!


#1 Goal
Build muscle!
This will remain my number one goal until I reach my full natural muscle potential! If I end up doing a meet it might switch back to more focus on the powerlifts, but honestly the routine will remain basically the same.

Other goals are the same goals we all have, more weight, reps, PRs, and adoration and jealousy of the masses !

Going to continue using...
BtB's P-Poopy-Doo Doo Routine!

Changes might be made to try different things for accessory lifts, but all in all it'll be 3 days a week focus on the big 3, and as much accessory work as I can handle. Have to do my best to NOT skip these accessory lifts, otherwise I'll never grow!
Also might end up doing a completely different routine, but it'll be whatever Steve designs or we figure out together. His knowledge of what's needed to succeed and lifting with me and seeing me lift lets him personally help me in my unusual circumstance.
Steve and I discussed different ways to get more work in somehow and we have a few ideas. For now I'm going to hit 1 of the big 3 and then try to get at least 2 accessory lifts for 2 sets. 3 sets on accessories rarely happened so going to just shoot for 2.
Also going to do my best, most of the time, to forget about the numbers! Aka the PR mindset or try not to worry as much about the bigger number, but focus on getting more overall work completed.
Beyond that nothing will change right now. Going to start calculating my calories daily again and get away from just eating whatever. I don't have any plans on competing any time soon. The big meets are just TOO BIG honestly. Spreading out my lifts over many hours is way too tough for me! While getting the rest helps my body, my head doesn't recuperate, it just gets worse. Might do a smaller meet sometime, but as of now, no plans on doing another meet anytime soon.

BtB's P-Poopy-Doo Doo Routine
Week 13, Day 1

Squats Heavy Day

135x 5
135x 3
Add Wraps
225x 3 ...knee started to bug me , maybe I did hurt it a little yesterday

315x 1 ...grinder but plenty deep and stood up without a ton of forward lean, but a little. Didn't notice my knee at all.
*
Leg Curls
60x 15
60x 15 ...nothing special
*
Leg Press
400x 15
400x 10 ...knee really started bugging me so just stopped.
*
Done! About 30 minutes. Totally whipped! Sweating balls! Decent day lifting. Basically accomplished what I wanted and definitely worked hard! No vids cause Steve has my memory card and didn't feel like looking for my other one

Ya, what the heck is the deal with 2 workouts in a row? Caught us all off guard! Don't know what the heck to say now, other than I wish you could do this more often. (although lifting the day after a meet may be a bit too ambitious!)

Looks good, Jay. And hey, seems we're more or less on the same journey now, for however long - building a bigger muscle base to work from, but still not neglecting fundamental strength.

Thanks Super Jim! Yesterday wasn't a workout, lol! I did 7 reps the whole day hahaha, even for my lazy ass, can't consider that a workout!

I'm in. Thats been my goal all along, build muscle. At 230 so now I want to lift as much as I look like I can.
