Was supposed to do sides, rears and pulldowns but gym was closing - might go tomorrow

Wednesday 3/19/14
Accessory Night'
Felt very weak on this night and couldnt understand why. Then about an hour after getting home from the gym the stomach virus started and I spent the next 36 hours in bed. Certainly cleared that up. Not worth even logging so ill just leave this note in here as to why I didnt train well on this day. Looking forward to my 6 month training cycle from Andy Bolton. When I get that I think ill start a new log and call it Big Swede so people will read it.
