Default Pulled muscle in back?

this weekend when I was playing with the kids I pulled a muscle in my back. Its right on or below my floating rib on back left side. I did goblet squats and I didn't feel any more or less worse for it. I have snatch grip Rack pulls tonight but I'm worried that I may make it worse. Should I hold off on back exercises till I don't feel it or should I just continue and stop if I feel pain in that area?

Continue to lift, lower the weight and add some reps if it starts to hurt when going heavy!

felt good, thanks for input. I actually pulled more than I thought I could, overshot my 5 rep range too 8 on snatch grip rack pulls. I felt great and didn't feal that muscle at all untill I did one handed rows, when I pulled from the right hand I felt it tingle and thats about it.

yes, that's exactly where its at. At first I thought it was my spleen because I could pick stuff up and it wouldn't hurt, but I found it was sore and achy after rotation stretches. Doing rack pulls I didn't even notice it but when I did one arm rows it kinda tingled like a stretching kind of feeling. Its not an acute pain and I really only notice it on rotation or when I'm at rest and shifting around.
