NOTES

Heavier squats today. Actually felt a bit too good and easy. Front Squats went well also. I have finished first cycle of this plan, so will be making some changes, primarily with accessory exercises.

The Bosu Hip Thrusters were tough, the bosu ball increases the range of motion significantly.

Chins - Added 5 lbs and meant to start with 3 x 3 and work up to a 3 x 5. I got a little carried away.

Purus Labs
Condense - down to my final few servings of this product. Focus is good. What I have noticed of late have been the delayed beta tingles. Kind of odd, but then my sessions have been good, so who's complaining?

Confirmed that my system cannot handle two scoops of Condense. Not a bad thing, it just is. Bowels aside, I still like the focus and pump I get with this product. If you like an extended pumped feeling, especially after arm day, this product is for you.

NOTES
Not a whole lot to say. Heavy deads were a challenge yet fulfilling. Session took longer than I had wanted, causing me to drop ab work. Still a good session overall.

Purus Labs
Tomorrow ( 12/31) will finish off my Condense. Not much new to report, great focus, I powered through my session. I have noticed, even with the decrease in amount today, that it does seem to stimulate my bowels. I realize that is gross, but just trying to make an honest assessment of the product. I like the taste, it is sweet, but not too sweet. There is no grit and very little left unmixed when done. I get good focus, no jitters, and varying beta tingles.

TASTE - 9/10
FOCUS - 9/10
ENERGY- 9/10
NOTICEABLE SIDE AFFECTS - 7/10

This is a product you must try if you are in a search for a preworkout mix.
