Default Deadlift Form Check

A few weeks back I pulled a muscle in my lower left back (or thereabouts), and it is still tender at times, so I've been pulling light. Just wanted to see if my form is still good (or at least decent). I did 3 sets of 4 reps with 135, 225 and 315. I wore my belt for all sets for the sake of consistency.

i doubt you will have any form issues when the weight gets heavy again. that 315 honestly looked like you could have repped it all day. you seem to have a good set up going so i wouldnt worry about it to much

form looks great. i just make sure chest up and shoulders arnt rounded then obviously back flat. alot of people make the mistake to just power with the legs then extend you lower back up, that will put a lot of stress on your lower back, but you did it great.
