Default Week 3- Workout 3

WORKOUT Deadift & hang cleans
Hang Cleans- 95x3, 115x5x3 PR (sad at the weight)
Deadlift- 135x5, 205x1, 255x1, 275x1, 295x1, 305x1, 325x1, 345x1, 365x1PR in a pink shirt ***VID***

NOTES
-365 was hard as hell. Going in i had no plan, i just was going to start with hang cleans, then i decided to work on sumo form. sumo was pissing me off so i just switched to regular form. THIS WAS WITH MY NEW BAR THAT I THINK ACTUALLY IS 45 LBS.
-my grip wasnt an issue for once.
-I did this workout after only eating 1100 calories all day and this was done at 7 o'clock. I wasnt hungry at all today, but now im trying to eat a lot to make up for it. even though im cutting, i need to get these cals in.



365 DEADLIFT- shitty form

yes, this is my main log. i like new start a new logs every few weeks as i change my approach and as i progress.

Congrats Kmonster! Awesome PR. That deadlift is no joke.

Regarding form...Your hips are jumping up before you start pulling, causing your back to round. Keep those traps tight, your chest stuck out, and really focus on not moving your hips up out the gate.
