Default Day 3

D-Pol:
*Mood: 8/10 Constant optimism and just a general serene feeling.
*Energy: n/a not a change here
*Libido: 10/10 Definitely not stopping here.
Condense:
*Pump: 9/10 Did legs today. Just from 315x5,365x5,405x5 on squats my quads were as pumped as could be. Thought something was wrong for a bit until I touched my quads and they were hard as rocks.
*Energy: 10/10 Have not been feeling good at all today. Was dreading the workout, felt horrible, been a bit sick, and just not ready. Forced D-Pol/Condense down and I was ready to go. Complete turn around.
*Endurance: 10/10 Never ending tank yet again. Legs were pumped and tired from squats, but I did leg press nonetheless. Was going to do my usual 4x10 and it went:
8platesx10
12platesx10
12platesx10
14platesx20 - Just felt like I could go on and on and on.


Other notes: My girlfriend has been training with me for over a year now so I asked her about my demeanor. She explained that during workouts I have a calm high that is there throughout the workout. She has noticed that with other pre workouts I get jacked up out of my mind then 20 minutes in all my energy is gone, not with Condense. Also, she says that this one is without a doubt the best one I have tried in terms of energy, pump, and mood.

D-Pol:
*Mood: 9/10 Extremely optimistic even at 5 a.m.
*Energy: 9/10 Went to bed at 11:30 p.m. and got up at 5 a.m. feeling refreshed.
*Libido: 10/10 Enough said.

Condense:
*Pump: 7/10 Solid pump, nothing spectacular though.
*Energy: 10/10 Worked out in the morning, which I think is going to happen much more frequently due to my schedule, and everything was perfect. Focused clarity.
*Endurance: 9/10 Kept on and on and on. Had time constraints or I'd have stayed forever.
*Others(possibly strength): 8/10 Always feels like I can add another 5 pounds.
