Default Which Routine is Good for me?

Hello Everyone, i am pretty new to this forum and tomorrow i will be starting a weight training and was wondering which will suit me the the best. i cant do excercises that will require me to pull my weight cause i am heavy at 339lbs and 6.8 tall. Here is a pic of my current body :

And My Goal weight is 285lbs and maintain it or as low as 265lbs i would want to go down.

Here is the pic of body i want to achieve but with big traps annd shoulders like BTB

I Will be changing my diet completely as well tomorrow got myself a myfitnesspal account to keep track of what i eat.

Here are the Workout routine i would like to follow one of these:

1: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/art...ous-gains.html (The Muscle & Strength 5x5 Full Body Routine)

2: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=4195843

3: http://muscleandbrawn.com/3-day-begi...ining-workout/

I personally prefer to start the 1: Cause it has less excercises but i am no expert. What you guys suggest i do? Any critique and comments welcome. Thanks

Stick with the first program. Keep it simple, and remember simple doesn't mean you will not progress on this.

Don't start out too heavy with your weights. It is easy to add weight, but you can just as easily kill your motivation by starting out to heavy.

HAVE FUN!!

I'm just going to add to what GL said by saying that there are no magic workout programs. They key is to use quality exercises, not miss workouts, be patient and get a lot stronger than you are now.

If you do this, you can use basically any reasonable program and make great progress.

Any of those routines will work. Since you seem to like the first one, stick with that one for 4-6 months. If you do the work, you'll get excellent results.

I agree with Brute.

5x5 routines are always simple to follow, fun to do and achieve great results.

If you're trying to drop body fat I'd recommend doing HIIT on your off days (Tues, Thurs, Sat).

Pick a routine that you think is fun. Thats the key. You wont get results if you skip workouts from doing a program you hate.

Also, to achieve that the routone does not really matter at this point, as long as you work hard. Your main priority should be diet.

Also I agree with above, do alot of cardio, preferable 1-2h of walking first thing in the morning together with a good fat burner.

Good luck man!
