I would suggest switching to RDL's, as they are less taxing on the lower back. They are one of my fave lifts. However, if I lift heavy on those, they will affect my deadlift if I deadlift in the same week.

One step back, 2 steps forward on the squats. massively nice front squat you have as well.

I feel the RDL's in my hammys more than anything elase I do for them

Haven't been able to train much due to work, I can only get to the gym twice a week so have been doing an upper/Lower split focusing on power,.
After next week I'm able to get back in regularly so looking for a routine to start, I'm liking the look of the bulldozer style but haven't decided yet.
