Default cardio and abbs

just about to go on a lean bulking diet a train 4 days a week when should you do cardio and abs

You can do:

1) cardio and abs, at the end of each session

2) cardio and abs on the days in between your weight sessions

3) cardio on the days between weights, abs after weights

4) cardio after weights, abs on the days between weight sessions



I'd choose option 3 but that's just me, many go with option 1.
