Default Zero 2 Hero (W/ A F'ed Up Shoulder)

Whats up guys! Its been a while since I've logged my workouts. In fact its been a while since i've done weights for that matter because I screwed up my shoulder in a bike accident almost 1.5 years ago. However, I'm back now and i'm freaking stoked... My shoulder still bothers me on certain exercises like incline/flat bench. I want to work on strengthening my shoulders again.

Supps:
ON Whey
Scivation Xtend BCAA
XF UP2 Cassein Protein
MP Assault (Only once in a while)

Might want to get a Slingshot, as that will help reduce the stress on the shoulders while benching.
