Default Different size arms

My training partner's arms are 2 different sizes. The right biceps seems to be bigger than the left. And the left arm isn't as strong. How can I help him improve?

if not then dumbbell work is for him

My right arm has always been bigger than my left. it's a fairly normal condition. Mine has never 100% corrected. There is still a 1/4 to 1/2 inch difference.

My right arm is a little larger too but my left arm is stronger. Which I've always thought was odd. Also my left trap is way larger than my right. I think it's because I've always carried bags and kids on my left side.

Bingo!

My right arm is stronger pushing and my left arm is stronger pulling - its because I have always used them that way while working.

Dumbbell and single arm cable work can help.
