Fenri Bro. How do you like your routine bro? I'm only a bodybuilder in my mind bro. Come at me.

Actually though, I am liking the routine thus far. It's much easier on my lower body. Which is a good thing just because of my lower back condition.
I also am already noticing a more extreme composition change as far as muscle is concerned. I think this routine is triggering some noticable growth. I'll have to wait and see how long this lasts.

Notes:
I was talking to a bro of mine. Bro, his biceps are 1/32 of an inch bigger than mine. He suggest I do this chest and biceps routine everyday. Since his biceps are bigger than mine, I think I'm going to listen to him. He must know what he is doing. Oh and by the way, he is 90lbs heavier than me. Come at me.

Added 5lbs to my top bench set. Only hit 3 reps. I don't know what's going on with me, but my bench press hasn't felt right for the last 3 weeks. I can't quite put my finger on what it is. It just doesn't feel smooth like it normally does.

Did 5lbs more than last week on my top incline bench set.

Went up 5lbs on my incline flys.

Added 5lbs to my working sets of bb curl.

This was the first morning session I've done in a few weeks and the first morning session I've done with this new routine. I felt that kind of had an impact on my workout intensity.

Overall, not a bad session.

Notes:
I upper cut punks into punch bowls. Come at me if you are hardcore enough.

Added 5lbs to each set on split squats from last week. Will do the same next week. I'm starting to find my groove with these. I can't back squat or front squat heavy, these are a saving grace. I would probably be completely screwed without this movement and I am thankful I can do them.

I already owned 2 mini bands, but I recieved my order of another pair of both micro mini bands and monster mini bands. This will give me an ability to load and progress any band movements, such as leg curls.

I'm telling you guys, if you workout at home and can't afford or don't have room for a cable machine, bands are an excellent option. I have been able to do virtually every cable movement I can think of, using bands. This includes rows, tricep pushdowns, lat pull downs, leg curls, face pulls, and cross overs.

Guys, there are no excuses, if you want to train, you will find away to make do with what you have. Bottom line. I have a fucked up back, have worked out at home with limited equipment and room for the last year, and in order to find time to train have had to wake my ass up at 4:30 in the AM and in the last year I have continued to pack on muscle and get stronger. I'm not tooting my own horn, i'm just saying, if you want to train, you will find a fucking way. If you can't find a way, I pity you, because you are doomed for failure in your life until you learn to just get shit done. [/rant]
