Put me down with 9 and 10. 1 regular Shoes for squat (low converse), 2 competition squat shoes (high converse), 1 shoes for competition bench (under armour), 1 for every day bench, 1 shoes for deadlift (wrestling shoe). Plus the crain power shoes and the Adidas weight lifting shoes...And of course, the bag is always handy.

All Hit home... And I'm googling hair spray right now....


Ok I can't find anything on the hair spray.. The only thing I have heard it used for is to spray your butt with it for bench.. Combined with a loose singlet... to hide the butt lifting off the bench..

I have three gym bags in my trunk at all times.. One has bench day crap (Titan Ram, Wrist Wraps, elbow sleeves etc..), one has squat/deadlift day crap(Belt, Knee Wraps, another set of wrist wraps, Shoes, Slippers, knee Sleeves etc....) and the other is extras. Extra Chaulk, Foam Roll, Lacross ball, bands, HD Clamps, ... Then laying in the truck is a Top Squat, Drag Sled, small child, Gallons of water...

Ha! This one made me laugh. I am actually fortunate enough to have a grandfather who runs his own cattle farm, and that's where I get all my beef. Every time I go up for a visit I like to take a look at all of my future meals....
