Thank you; its actually a fairly new transition. I want to compete in a local highland games that is coming up this fall so I figured that doing some more explosive work would be helpful.

Notes:
Awesome session today, it was raining PR's! Happy I finally got that 185 power snatch, and the deadlift PR was a huge mental victory for me. Shouldn't be too long now; I think I am well on my way to breaking 500!

I hope 500 is about to fall, been chasing that one for a while! And I hate to say it, but I am not looking swole, just looking fat. I am around 225 or 230, not sure to be honest, I don't weigh myself that often. I prefer to keep myself 220 or less. Either way, I am only 5 ft 6 inches tall, so objects in video may be smaller than they appear.
