November 6th, 2013

Testing the glute tear. It is about 10% better but I still can't safely squat more than 325 or low rack pull over 500. I need to sit down and formulate a new workout. I am not sure if frequent light squatting will help this situation but I might try it.

The weight still felt light on my back, so that is a good thing.
