Linden I am pretty sure Vitacost sells to the UK. Look into both Jarrow and Natural Factors; they both carry unflavored whey.

Mostly it comes in pretty plain looking resealable bags, rather than elaborate tubs (which do look better, I must admit). Not that I care, but some might.
