Seated Rows: 100, 140, 160 x6
Widegrip Lat Pulldowns: 120, 180, 225 x6
Single Arm Lat Row Machine: 45, 90, 135 x10
High Row Machine: 90, 180, 230 x10
Behind Neck Pulldowns: 90, 140, 180 x10
Lat Front Pulldowns: 90, 140, 180 x10

EZ Bar Curl: 50, 70, 90 x 10
Preacher: 45, 70, 90 x8
Standing Dumbbell Curl: 25, 30, 35 x10
Standing Bar Curl: 60, 100, 120 x6

No cardio today, had to workout quick and head home - friends coming over to visit.

Supplements
Milk Thistle 140mg
Hawthorne Berry 1050mg
Potassium Citrate 100mg
Taurine 2000mg
Fish Oil 2400mg
Methyl Masterdrol 4 tablets (spread out every 4 hours, 2 tablets taken preworkout)

Notes
One of the best arm pumps in a long time after workout tonight. I did get on the scale to weigh myself and it was at 191 lbs. Might be done 2 lbs, I know I'm slimming out as my 36" pants are getting bigger - might need 34". Only down side to losing weight is clothes get too baggy and then need to buy new ones. I'm not complaining though.

im getting some major cramp action, but the strength is still going up so were in the green.

I too started getting bad leg cramps, had to up the Taurine some to stop. I've got two days to go. Strength went up for me during the cycle. Didn't gain much size from what I've noticed but my bf seems to be going down. Haven't measured it.

Any back cramps/pumps? I'm real prone to them to the point where I want to rip my spine out.
