Thanks for the article Cintron. The only part I disagree on is the tip to not eat fruit. As far as I know the fiber in the fruit slows down the digestion of it. Besides, lots of good nutrients in it. I am on a Paleo diet with an additional restriction to not eat night shade plants like potato and tomato, and I will not restrict it even further by not eating fruit.

I will be turning 50 in 4 months and have never been healthier, stronger, and happier.

The fruit part is controversial. You are not the first person to say this. Again I say that if you do want fruit it should be post workout and not a lot of it. You want your body to absorb it. It also depends what you want your goals. I work better without it.

My bad elbow tendinitus is really testing my patience as I have not been able to train properly for several weeks now. I am taking iboprohen to see if it helps with swellling and pain.
